Guy delivering broke a piece off of my headboard while delivering. Now my mattress falls every time I get on it from the poor quality boards that they put underneath. Called about it and they won't do anything about it so now I have to spend more money at home depot to replace them myself. $500 I could of spent else where and would have gotten better service!
