  I went there on 7/22/17 to get a Nintendo Switch Console. They had a sign on the door saying that they had the console in stock. I asked if they had the switch console with the neon controllers. Guy said he would have to check. Then he told me they had only the bundle and gray. It was a Zelda bundle so I said I'll take it. Then he told me they didn't have it in stock at the store that it was at their warehouse. I asked when it would get here, and he told me about August 11th so it would take 20 days to get it (even though the sign clearly said they had them in stock). I asked him why they had the sign on the door and he looked at the other associate, and she said, "Oh, I guess we need to take that down." They acted like it was no big deal, gave no apology or anything. I actually felt like they thought I was stupid. This was not a good experience!!!!

  These guy's honestly made my day, though I find it weird that a game store doesn't allow private use of it's disc cleaner, the staff and service is still amazing, highly recommend coming here for all your gaming needs!
